Preface
If canvas applications are used in the project, when adding new users, in addition to assigning licenses to the new users, configuring business departments and security roles, it is also necessary to share the canvas application for the user on the canvas application, otherwise the user will not be able to see the canvas application in Power Apps.
If you share the canvas application for the user on the canvas application separately, and there are many users, Power Apps will also give a warning:

Try security groups. For best results, we recommend using security groups to share your app with more than 100 users.
In addition, it is also very troublesome to do so:
Generally, when we implement a project, there will be at least 3 environments (development, testing, and production). If this project uses canvas applications, then you have to repeat this process. If the canvas application is shared with a security group, and then the new user is added to the corresponding security group when adding a new user, the latter method is much more efficient compared to the former. Of course, if you have not actually operated these two methods, it is difficult for you to feel what I said, “the latter method is much more efficient.”

Create a security group
1.Open Microsoft 365 admin center
portal.partner.microsoftonline.cn 或 portal.partner.microsoftonline.com
2.“Teams and Groups” –> “Active Teams & Groups” –> “Security” –> “Add Group”
3.Select “Security” for the group type
4.Fill in the “Name” and “Description” according to the actual situation, and then click “Next”
5.Click “Create Group”
Add users to the security group
Search for users based on the actual situation
Check the users
Click “Manage Groups” in the menu bar
- Search for the “Security Group”, then check it, and click “Save Changes”
Share the canvas application with the security group
Open Power Apps （make.powerapps.cn 或 make.powerapps.com）
Apps –> Switch to the All tab –> Check the canvas application –> Click the Share button on the button bar
Search for the security group –> Check the security group –> Click Share
