If your environment URL is:

https://sample.dynamics.cn/main.aspx

Append the following path to the URL:

/tools/diagnostics/diag.aspx

As a result, the complete URL will be:

https://sample.dynamics.cn/tools/diagnostics/diag.aspx

When you navigate to this address, the Dynamics 365 Diagnostics page will be displayed.

Click Run, and after a short delay the diagnostic results will be generated:
